Late Arrival Policy

We value both your time and the time of our other clients.

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
• If there is insufficient time to complete the treatment safely, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit may be forfeited.
• We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals where our schedule allows.
